Welcome to THE Ultimate Fitness Center, HARD KNOCKS GYM. We have been transforming body, mind, and spirit for over a decade. Our workout facility is like no other. Our experienced trainers and our fitness training are only a few of the things that make Hard Knocks Gym so unique. Our spacious club, incomparable amenities, and comfortable atmosphere makes getting fit a truly inspiring adventure.
We offer a wide range of private and group classes, all professionally designed and led, that target your unique needs. You will not be lost in a crowd. Our class sizes are limited and offered frequently, enabling our professional trainers to spend the time necessary to maximize results. We offer private classes in weight-training, nutrition, and cardiovascular endurance. Our group classes include Boxing, Kickboxing, Kempo (Kajukenbo), Aerobic Kickboxing, Jujitsu & MMA and Tai Chi. New classes are added all the time.
Hard Knocks Gym features a complete workout facility two floors. But we do not rely on equipment to make us the leader in fitness. We understand that knowledgeable courteous staff is essential to your, and our, success. Our trainers have all been educated and certified in their respective fields of expertise. We require a deep knowledge of physiology and fitness, as well as a friendly and understanding demeanor. Our trainers are not here to judge you; they are here to support you on your journey.

Only one member of our team got a match.
Rosario Real got a match and he won it. Hope the next event more of our team will have matches. Rosario and coach Irving Marquez did a Great Job.

Members of our Amateur Boxing Team went to Tucson to compete in a boxing event. Only four of our members got matches, but we won 3 out of the 4 matches with the loss being questionable.
Edgar Ortiz wins in a very good match. Aaron Kelley moves his record to 3-0 with his win, in a very hard fought match. Angel Gallegos wins his match by learning from his loss last week. D'Angelo Ascencion lost his match on a questionable decision. Thanks to our coaches Fidel Hernadez and Alex Ascencion for helping them and taking them to Tucson. Another Great job Team.

Adnan Kljajic Won the Heavyweight Title at the Toughman event at the Ft. McDowell Casino Bad Boy Boxing. Adnan won three fights that night, one in 30 sec. and the other two by decision. Great Job Adnan!

Our Amateur Boxing Team entered an event, but only three of our members got matches. Edgar Ortiz in a rematch that he lost last time. This time he did it right and Won his match. Angel Gallegos fought in his 1st match. He waited over a year for this one and did a Great job. But lost on a decision. Aaron Kelley entering his 2nd match and Won again.
I would like to say Great Job to our fighters and the trainers. Fidel Hernandez and Alex Ascencion. Next up boxing matches in Tucson next week. Good Luck Team!

Mike Spector
Mike has been training with us for about a year and is in great shape. He is in the gym 4 to 6 days a week depending on his work schedule. He also attends Amateur and Pro events and takes photo's of our members. Great Job Mike, keep it up, it is a Joy to watch you workout.
Rosario Real
Rosario won the Jr. Golden Gloves Nationals Title in Las Vegas. He worked very hard to get there, he had to win his match in Phoenix before getting to go to Las Vegas. Rosario had the help of trainer Irving Marquez. Great Job Guys!
