Our convenient facility is located in Phoenix just west of the I-17 on Northern Ave. A variety of classes are offered daily, to accommodate your busy schedule. Our facility has all the exercise equipment you need to get you in Top Shape. We have 5 heavy bags, 2 Muay Thai bags, 2 uppercut bags, 3 double end bags, 3 Speed ball platforms, Weight room, assuring you that there will always be equipment available for your use. We don't want you wasting time waiting for equipment or a class.
